Agree with all of that.

The other thing about this 2nd team, do people just expect a 2nd Brisbane team will take off? I been supporting the Broncos for 20 years, I'm not about to just abandon ship and start supporting a 2nd team (I don't care how many spoons they get), even if that 2nd team was an extension of a QLD Cup team like Redcliffe and I have my doubts how many others would suddenly become a fan of a 2nd Brisbane team too.

The media and opposition fans just see how much talent we are able to bring through the ranks and they see how big our crowds are, there is no guarantee a 2nd Brisbane team could do that. Not even the Titans who are literally 45 minutes down the M1 are able to maintain any sort of success without buying anyone who will join their club. Look at their team ffs, do they develop any players at all? They haven't been relevant since their reinstatement into the league when they were given free reign to build whatever team they wanted.
The thing I find funny is for all the bagging by the media and other fans (and some fans on here) the Broncos spend FAR more and do FAR more then any other club in Queensland regarding community and junior engagement. The way we get shitted on via the salary cap, NRL and media I would LOVE IT and laugh, but also be worried about the future of the game up here, if the Broncos just threw the toys out of the cot and said "**** you all, you do the heavy lifting for the game up here, Not worth it"

Wynnum is my local club, another of the feeder clubs for Brisbane.. I don't know how I'd feel if they got their own NRL team (almost no chance of that happening but theoretically) .. I was there when they won back to back titles under Paul Green and it was fantastic

not sure im a fan of moving TPJ to the bench, rather Carrigan goes there and Pangai's at lock

not sure im a fan of Kennedys recent good form being rewarded by losing his bench spot to, of all guys, Flegler.

Heard talk that Mbye is welcome to leave the Tigers. On paper he'd make a good 14 for us. Realistically, why would he move states to play on the bench for a shit team when he is doing exactly that now?

McGuire apparently on the outer; I think we have to be careful here. If Cowboys re removing their own cancers, why do we want that back here...?

Arguably, this may well be linked to making room for Reynolds....?

My hang up with moose is based upon something coates spoke about in his post-match talk on the week end. He mentioned (i am paraphrasing here) that the environment was better this year as last year there was a lot of pointing of fingers at eachother. I think if moose came in that may start again.

Could be wrong here but didn't McGuire head North more because they offered him a larger, longer deal than we were prepared to? I get the feeling this is more about Payten clearing out some cap space than removing a cancer TBH.

I thought we offered him to the cows?

If its the Dolphins i reckon it will take off and they will do well. They have the fan base and the finances to do really well. I've been a big fan of Redcliffe for years and before Covid used to attend more of their games than the Broncos. I could see myself jumping ship!
Good ! Your score predictions are shit 🤪

Clubs developing players is a myth, they are already good and that's why NRL clubs sign them. Junior club are more responsible for developing them than NRL teams.

Accountability and pointing fingers are a different thing... moose wants accountability and effort from his team he wasn’t pointing fingers at anyone but himself and his team as a whole

Who said McGuire is a cancer... to be honest I think they might have cracked the shits cause he blurted out that he was sick of the shit they were coughing up every week.... Somebody has to cause their team is on track to be a bigger shambles than we were last year... at least we had youthful talented players... they got **** all apart from Taumalolo
