I definitely agree. I think Shaun Johnson wouldn’t be the worst consolation prize and then if you drop a little further, Moses is alright too - it’s just his attitude that’s the problem. A Rey is defiantly the one you’d aim for first though.
Then put Staggs and Dearden in a room and tell them whoever is willing to except the lowest contract of the 2 gets the 6 jersey and the other can leave.

Kemp and Finchy had a good point. Even if we do win his signature at this point all that means is that he didn’t want to be here but a team he wanted to play for couldn’t offer the amount he was after. Is this really someone you want in your team?

Matt played his best game in a while last week, the rule changes have made it harder on the big fellas and Matt has had to adjust to the game speed. He had a few injuries last year which was unfortunate so Matt has to get fitter and keep playing well.”
He also reckons the Titans have pulled their offer to Staggs, but the Eels are bidding $800K a year for him.

I’m torn on Lodge. He’s like Oates - a good player who I don’t really want to move on but their contracts are bad value.
