There are no spine players. That’s what people have to get through there heads, kodi is most likely going to the titans and nobody else is available
Can't see Kodi at the titans, they have Boyd, sexton , Turner and weaver. Add to that Campbell or Brimson will need a spot depending on who takes the 1.

We're looking for a hooker, how is Parcell going over in Superleague. ? Would he be worth pursuing.?

I was maybe the only one here who wanted to keep Kodi and offload Milford back when we lost him, but if you need a reminder of why we did, watch these match highlights against the Warriors, with Kodi playing 6 for them. Holy **** we were shit, but the Warriors were just as bad:

You weren't the only one, there were several of us who were vocal at the time.

I’d go after Connor Watson, he’s an effort based player which is what we need and because Ponga is his best mate and it could get us Ponga too.
Seems not to have a defined role Newcastle either. Often is named in the run on side then out on the bench. I don't get it. He seems to be a food 13 with some 9 time to me. We might not go for him if they have marked hetherington for a similar role.

Very inconsistent in his time in England but i'd say his form this year has been good and he's recently signed a new contract at Hull. I dont think he is worth pursuing personally at his age ( 29 this year ) for the money he would probably want to come back. He seems happy and settled over there.

He has a contract offer from them on the table. I cant remember where, but i'm sure i read something about them wanting to give Campbell a go in the centers. I could see them Playing Kodi at 6 for a couple of years to let some of their younger halves develop a bit more. If they are good enough they will overtake him anyway. I dont think every club will be as stupid as we are and throw in these younger guys and expect them to solve their issues.

Wow 29. That career came and went in a blink.

Well apparently hetherington could be going to the dogs. Watson seems like a good buy to me. He seems nice and would be good for team morale etc. pretty vocal etc. and always puts a lot of effort in. And like you said, capable at lock at 9, and can fill in at 6 or fullback too. Would be one of the better utilities out there, but I’d probably play him at 13.

Aging Matt Damon GIF

Out of sight, out of mind. Of course, it helps that he debuted back in 2015.

So pretty much the only signings we could be potentially getting are
1) Capewell
2) Gagai
3) Sua

Maybe
Kodi
B. Walters
Hodgson

Watson was who I was referring to when saying there are other cheaper albeit not quite as good versions of Finucane out there.

Very Long time listener first time contributor I hear Kobe will stay on a 2 year deal

Starting to sound more and more like Nikorima will end up at the Titans than us unfortunately. Think they're willing to offer more than us, and for whatever reason, we're pretty adamant that Staggs will be a Five-Eighth.
