No offense intended but **** me dead! You can work yourself up into a lather can't you🤣
I mean, based on zero information you've convinced yourself that absolutely nothing is happening behind the scenes, everyone's chilling and playing PlayStation, Xbox!!

Extending that state in your mind until we become 12th-16th for the next five years!!!

All based on zero. I reassure you, we won't see bottom 4 while I continue to live. Even next year we'll go okay, we'll make the eight but will exit first or with great luck, second weekend of the finals. It's going to be okay, shhhhhh, there there shhhhhh👍
That post tells me you are without doubt one the most considerate blokes on this forum, I will have a red for you tonight HUGE

My main problem is that signing Mead and Copley for this year will not help us win a competition anytime sooner.

Bellamy does it right is all I'm saying. Love his formula for roster management. It is very simple once it is organised. He isn't worried about losing Vunivalu and Addo-Carr because he knows he can replace them. He has Lumelume that'll come in now to replace Vunivalu. Before Vunivalu it was Koroibete.
Problem for Kevvie though is Bellamy had this system in place for years and has been developing some of them for well over a year before playing them if I recall correctly some commentary on it. You can't just expect to bring one in now and him to be of the same mould. Would take a couple years of development even if they are quality enough. Can Kevvie risk starting that the year after a spoon when you need a little depth? Don't get me wrong I'd love to see it implemented in the future just a little risky currently.

Bellamy is in a very privileged position though, one he built for himself to his credit. One he built himself by cheating to his discredit.

Bellamy can take risks because the rest of his team is very stable. It’s easy to take a risk on a guy like Paps when your spine has Cam Smith and Cam Munster in it. It’s easy to take a risk on Ado-Carr when you’ve got Billy Slater, Munster, Cam Smith, Bromwich, Cronk, Chambers.

We’re dead last. If we take risky signings and it doesn’t pay off we stay last. If Melbourne’s risky signings don’t pay off they balance it out with superstars and maybe miss the top 2.

Safe signings to help us off the bottom run while we rebuild the team is exactly what we need.

Serious question, is there any player you don't like and / or think should come to the Broncos?
Has also followed every players career very closely, be it NRL, ISC, Super League or even park football.

Must watch A LOT of football.

Yeah that is very impressive indeed. I couldn't find anything more boring than watching endless hours of league teams I have zero interest in.

IMO we have nothing to lose, and signing old broncos players like Copley and Mead is not what I wanted to see. I definitely could have found better uses for that money and those squad spots. They are just kind of nothing signings.

Copley usually looks bulked up and fit, at the moment he looks like he is still recovering from whatever injury it was. Not sure why we persist with signing players WHILE they are injured or recovering from injury.

That being said, the signings could definitely be worse..

Yes, I enjoy watching the sport and following the stories of players.

Think we might have learnt our lesson signing injury prone players
