Earlier in the year I had the following as my team of the year

2. Dallin Watene-Zelezniak
3. Herbie Farnworth
4. Izack Tago
5. Brian To'o
6. Cameron Munster
7. Shaun Johnson
8. Addin Fonua-Blake
9. Harry Grant
10. Payne Haas
11. David Fifita
12. Briton Nikora
13. Patrick Carrigan

Walsh is out and Ponga was gaining on him in the regular season, so KP is my pick.

With the way they pick these teams and considering the time Tago missed I'd go with Crichton instead.

I'm satisfied with the rest, I think they'll go Liam Martin & Isaah Yeo but I think the rest will be spot on.

Coach goes to Andrew Webster since they usually judge it on the biggest turn-around. From second last place to a genuine contender, the only other coaches who could really mount a case would be his top four teams.

Captain would be Reynolds, he just provides so much guidance and keeps the team on point. His challenges are usually on the money too.

Was going through an old list I wrote at the start of the season on the biggest stars at each club and who'd you could sell as a marquee. Based on that criteria and how these things go, Bula would be my pick.

I'd have to see the tries and tackles. Anyone except for the dog shot by Tapine basically.
 
I think Cody Walker might take 6 just on his early season form but if not, Ezra will take it, there is no one else that can imo, there has been a bit of lack there in that position this year as munster hasn;t been that good tbh and Luai has been patchy, and while Ezras position has been made very simple for us thanks to Walsh and Reyno he should take it because he has nailed the opportunities taken that he has been given.

I also think Broncos lock both centre positions.

for Wing I think the best wingers have all been right side, in order DWZ, Young, To'o and Cobbo have been the best wingers all playing on the same side, so not sure how they work out both wingers whether they go the best two regardless of side or best right and left.

if best right and left the left will probably go to Montoya, or Turuva.

So they're keeping Walsh and Drinkwater in the count... interesting to see where they end up... although I think Walsh will cop -18pt for suspensions in a minute 😮😮
