Has the CCTV footage of the May incident been released to the public. If it is part of an ongoing police investigation I would doubt it. If it hasn't been released, there is your answer. As I posted earlier the NRL is an entirely reactive administration. The greater the uproar in public, the greater the reaction.There is video of the May incident.
Well CCTV footage at least of him dragging the victim to the ground.
Dunno if that is better or worse than mobile phone footage, but i dont think it would make a whole lot of difference.
