Jarrod Wallace to the Titans

To be honest, I think losing Wallace is unfortunate. I believe that he is destined to bloom over the next few years as he reaches the age when props harden up to the rigours of that position. I feel as though the Titans will get the best out of him, most likely in his second season with them. He could surprise many posters on here who seem to regard him as just a plodder.

Let's start a gofundme, doesn't count to the salary cap that way... It's the next revolution.

If we get Napa I'll be stoked, he's precisely what we need, big unit who can bend the line and hit hard in defence.

If the cost is releasing Glenn & Reed and letting Nikorima go, so be it, do whatever it takes.

Surely having lost Hodges, Dodds, Vidot, Nikorima, Parcell, Taylor, Eden, Grienke, Timu, Parker and Wallace over the last two years and signing basically nobody gives us plenty of room to move inside the cap. Should be able to get a good prop and a good centre, even more so if we lose Maranta and Reed.

Also my sisters boyfriend is a good friend of Dylan Napa. I just sent her a message telling her to tell him to tell Dylan to sign with us for unders. You guys can thank me later.

Tell him I'll throw in a big spray bottle of sunscreen to sweeten the deal. Not the cheap stuff either, Le Tan SPF50+ with a coconut scent.

You'd think so, but we probably don't, we used a lot of that money from last off-season on upgrading Kahu, Thaiday and co. And as 1910 has said many a time, it's all well and good losing those fringe players, but you've gotta replace them in your top 25 (Likely with another player who you'll be paying a similar salary)

Realistically if we want to sign someone like Napa, grab a couple of depth outside backs, as well as re-sign Gillett, we'll probably have to lose Parker, Wallace, Reed, Eden, Maranta, Glenn.. Maybe even Nikorima.

Looks like we are losing 4/6 of those at this stage.

Just make it happen!

While Jarrod Wallace is a loss we still have plenty of others props available.

Our 2017 Forward Pack

8 Sam Thaiday
9 Andrew McCullough
10 Adam Blair
11 Alex Glenn
12 Matt Gillett
13 Josh McGuire

14 Jai Arrow
15 Tevita Pangai Junior
16 Joe Ofahengaue
17 Jaydn Su'A or Herman Ese'ese (Assuming we lose Kodi Nikorima)

I think Sua, Arrow and Pangai will be regulars in the side next year. I would like to see McGuire stay in the front row with Thaiday coming off the bench.

8 - McGuire
9 - McCullough
10 - Blair
11 - Glenn
12 - Gillett
13 - Arrow

14 - Thaiday
15 - Ofahengaue
16 - Sua/Pangai
17 - Nikorima ( if he stays otherwise Pangai here )

I think if we lose Nikorima we have the ability to move a backrower to centre and shuffle the backline easily to cover any injury during a match.

Wallace purge complete Mr xxxx will be happy.

why is everyone assuming Josh Mcguire will be a lock next year?
