No to JNik.
Let’s review -
1) turned his back on us to chase coin that he hadn’t earned the right to ask for
2) failed at Roosters
3) not as good as Kodi
Nah.
He can rot in ISC.
To be fair He left when milf, hunt and Kodi in front of him and the entire rooster side failed that year due to key injuries and suspensions.
That’s a hopeful reconstruction.
It is also an inconvenient alternative truth for your rhetoric diametrically opposed to your hopeless construction.
It is nonetheless as true as what you said.
He walked out for the cash.I’m happy to offer Jayden a contract but only after the 12 match ban is done and if he has proven himself in q cup.
You can always appeal to the
sport of arbitration.

WB says NO to Jayden Nikorima.
JAYDEN Nikorima’s NRL career is in tatters after Broncos coach Wayne Bennett delivered the bullet to any hope of a Red Hill revival.
The one-time Brisbane under-20s young gun is officially in limbo, with Bennett closing the door on a Broncos comeback in the wake of Nikorima’s suspension for a second failed drug test.
Nikorima was sacked by the Sydney Roosters during the week and must serve a 12-match ban if he is thrown a lifeline by another NRL club.
The younger brother of Broncos halfback Kodi, Nikorima was one of the code’s hottest properties just two years ago when he signed a three-year deal with the Roosters worth more than $600,000.
Now the 21-year-old faces a long and painful road back to the NRL after his drug ordeal at the Roosters.
Nikorima has been linked with a Broncos comeback by virtue of his stint in the club’s under-20s side in 2014-15, the latter season coinciding with Bennett’s coaching return at Red Hill.
Bennett rated Nikorima as an NRL prospect and was reluctant to lose him to the Roosters but says he is now comfortable with the first-grade roster he has assembled.
“We won’t be signing Jayden, it’s not happening,” Bennett said. “He went to the Roosters and it didn’t work out for him unfortunately.
“There seems to be a lot of talk (about Nikorima returning to the Broncos) but he is not a discussion point at our club.
“It ain’t happening while I’m here. It’s as simple as that. We’ve moved on.”
The New Zealand-born utility played seven NRL games for the Roosters early in 2016 during Mitchell Pearce’s off-field dramas but has not been seen in the top grade since.
The Roosters have been shopping Nikorima to rival clubs for the past 12 months, with the attacking whiz’s contract this season estimated to be worth $380,000.
Nikorima may look to return to Queensland to play in the second-tier Intrust Super Cup once he serves his suspension.
But even if he eventually turns out for one of Brisbane’s feeder-clubs such as Norths, Ipswich or Redcliffe, Bennett will block Nikorima holding dual registration with the Broncos.

When he left he had Pearce and Hastings in front of him as halves.
He got a chance because Pearce screwed the pooch...metaphorically speaking.
You might want JNik but you can’t pretend he left because he was blocked at Brisbane (but he wasn’t at the Roosters).
And if he did failed because everyone else went crap, how do explain 2017.
Like I said, hopeful reconstruction.
He went to the Roosters with Pearce ahead of him and fighting for the other role with Hastings. Instead they both got thrown in the deep end because of Pearce and both were tossed aside after unsurprisingly being unable to steer the team around....both were too green. He made the call to chase the money and what was, at the time, an easier path to a starting halves position. He's mad mistakes in his personal life 100% but the Roosters/Pearce completely fucked his development. IMO of course
