Jharal Yow Yeh injury update thread

Baptise won't make it in the NRL he is young and going bald. Greats like Locky and Tallis at least went bald later in their careers.

Someone who can do the basics right could seem like great option instead of McCullough. I never wanted him to replace Macca straight away, I've always wanted him (or recently Granville) to play off the bench and give everyone something to think about. Because Macca struggles at the most basic and important part of being a hooker, I can see why people would be frustrated enough with him to dump him completely. I mean even Scott Moore was throwing bullet passes off the ground for the Pride yesterday.

hopefully not at all this season.

Theres no advantage to or reason to bring him back this year. the seasons gone, we're done. if he doesnt play he gets another 6 months to further strengthen and heal that leg, and get more confidence in it. absolutely no reason to play him this year.

NRL or QCup it doesn't really matter, the risk of breaking the leg is going to be there. Playing NRL this year will help with his confidence I think.

With the Broncos season over, the risk of injury the same between playing QCup or NRL, surely for his hard work he deserves the reward, even if we get smashed down his wing.

Even if that happened, at least he'd know where he has to get to in the off season.

How fucking amazing would a JYY return vs Dragons at home for the Sunday game be!!!

1. Hoffman
2. Yow Yeh
3. Reed
4. Hodges
5. Kahu

FUCKING DO IT HOOK!!!

Firstly i doubt JYY would be able to return on the wing. and i don't want Hoffman as fullback.

I'd like to see.

1. Kahu
2. Hoffman
3. JYY (if Reed is still injured. if Reed is back, i'd keep JYY out until next season, don't risk him for a season that is basically over)
4. Hodges
5. some Q-Cup winger with pace to burn. if Hodges puts him into a gap (like he has done with Maranta many times) then TRY TIME

With Oates being named on the wing this week, I wonder if things will get interesting later on in the week with regards to a player reshuffle??
