Jharal Yow Yeh injury update thread

Why do people keep putting kahu ahead of Copley at centre. Am I missing something? Copley an absolute gun centre in Holden cup, just finding his feet in first grade on wing. Oahu has been OKAY at centre in his.... two games? Decent winger though, hopefully he gets some speed back but it's not super essential (not as much as putting balls over lines aka maranta)

If Kahu and Copley play on the right side of the field then they can swap throughout the game anyway. That is assuming Reed and Hoffman play on the left (which they should).

I'll ****ing cry with joy when he runs out - he embodies EVERYTHING I love about this club. I'd give him my leg if I could. GO JYY!!

I have this dream that he will be a one-club man and have a career that could even eclipse Locky's ... he already deserves a bronze statue in my book.

Let's hope he doesn't hurt it again, regardless of how well he plays. What about Yippee at centre?

Every Broncos player should model themselves off this young man. He's a credit to Rhonda and his grand parents. They should all feel very proud to have raised such a great person with good morals and character. This guy has heart and is one of the proudest Broncos players of all time. Big call yes, but if you had met the man and heard him talk about the Broncos then you would agree.

JYY indicated in an interview with Al Nicholson last nite that he will be fighting fit for the preseason matches next year and his only concern is beating out Dale Copley for a wing spot. Says the ankle is feeling great.

ya my mate did the new iphone launch thing with him the other day and yow yeh said he's feelin great and looking good for rnd 1 return in 2014.

That will be something special won't it!! Imagine if he scores first game back at Lang Park, won't be a dry eye in Brisbane.

When you watch that highlight package you realize that he is the closest thing athletically to Israel Falou in his size, speed and power. He is probably a better natural kicker as well. Will relish his return.

Something we really missed this year from him was his SPEED ... i'm not sure if he will get that back again, but i just want to see the kid back.

i'll be at his first game back in the NRL ... in fact i may have to call in sick from work :001_tt2:

I'd call in sick before you go to work, rather than from work if I were you. :p

If he get over the mental fears, he will be one mighty hungry player next year and that could well rub off on the team, especially good for Barba. I'm so excited!!
