put it this way, he has already been paid $300k of his last contract with Canberra, while he has not been one day at the broncos, meaning he is not, as has been suggested by hooper's guesstimate of 2m, going to receive back pay from the Broncos for time he was never employed by the club. The tele have to fill their quota and come up with a big headline each sunday edition. Its not anything to worry about. However, he won't be playing for peanuts, it all averages out if he lasts that long.
