Kennedy, Release at season end? Yes or No?

Yep that was my feeling too. @Porthoz , it would be nice to see him getting something like those stats to show he wants back in to FG, he doesn't even look interested in the ITSC. He bent the line sure but he dropped it almost every time he did, put in a stupid unnecessary kick and tried an offload or two that went forward. He can stay in the ITSC thanks for now.
As I said, he is not the type of player to do fancy stuff and he did bend the line more often than not, and only dropped the ball once.
He had at least 15 runs and I'm sure he made good meters, but sure, let's leave him in ISC, after all we have better options than him... oh wait.

I'd rather give a Molo an extended shot and yes, Hala was poor last night burbs has been giving decent impact in his few games before that. But if you and Hook want to reward his mediocrity, who am I to argue? I'm not expecting flashy stuff (hence my dislike of the kick) but I am expecting a performance befitting an 18th man for origin.

i would pick kennedy over hala. in saying that i would prefer to see molo have more of a go over both of them, if all we need is a limited minutes prop given hannant and mcguire play big mins

kennedy was solid from what i saw today. as i posted earlier not really amazing but he bent the line back with his runs. someone mentioned he was sitting out wide but he was also making big metres doing that. surely the caoches asked him to run wide? i dunno. quite frankly the broncos could do more of that than just the one out stuff we get smashed with.

As far as I'm concerned the club have three priorities, in this order:

1. Resign Hunt
2. Resign McGuire
3. Find a way to piss Kennedy off

He's a front rower. We've got plenty of 2nd rowers who run out wide AND offer extra things like hole running, offloading and some ball playing. You need to go through the middle before you attack out wide though for many reasons though.

Add 1 more: keep Hannant. A lost cause from what I understand. What a shame.

The problem is, the Broncos are paying Hannant big money and there are times where he goes MIA or just misses large chunks of the season.

I just hope that for the rest of the season he eliminates those mistakes off the kick off. Was very lucky last week, still couldn't believe his effort against the Tigers. Seriously WTF.

If he picks his form up before the end of the season then he should stay, but if he does not then maybe then we should consider him leaving.

Can't afford to keep Hannant imo. Kennedy will improve and come good but he is on too much money.

Hannant is only on 350k , not that much under the new cap.

The problem is him not holding the ball is not just limited to this season. It has plagued us for a couple of seasons. I don't just blame Hannant though. We cannot get to a kick after a points are scored. If Benny didn't drop it, then Kennedy would have, or Gillett, take your pick.

It's a sign of lack of concentration rather than skill. Our heads just aren't in the game. One of the reasons we can't go 80 mins.

If it was his only fault then sure but to me it really typifies a player like Hannant. He's supposed to be a senior player yet he's coming up with rookie mistakes like that on a consistent basis.

It isn't good enough.

Bummer. I am really hoping Kennedy can get it together soon.
