i agree, if this was Darren lockyer he would be the funniest guy in the world.

Johns is lowest common denominator funny. He'd go great on something like Comedy Inc or Big Bite...total crap humour that only **** tards and Kiwis would enjoy.

Sense of humour is always a matter of judgement though isn't it? I doubt if I was 16 or 21 still I'd be finding doing the same thing over and over again particularly funny regardless of what it was but particularly when the gimmick is pretty thin to begin with

I remember when Johns was being media mugged last year and I also remember writing at the time that he would do 12 months penance then re-appear on our screens with his popularity intact. It's good to be so wise lol...a Bill Clinton inspired forecast. Whether you believe it or not, we the public simply do not care about peoples sexual dalliances....all we need to know is that the perpetrator(s) serve a little time before we welcome them back.

Needless to say, I personally did'nt care about Mattys gangbanging days and was ambivalent to him generally, much the same as the headjob boys who met Miss Fellatio Hornblower in the dunnys. Still, we had to see them punished a little before we love them again...it's the television/public life way. Funny though is'nt it...............with singers/rock bands/stars we don't care how many and what type of roots they get or give. We reserve our condemnation for sports stars and commentators. What is it about music that elevates the artist to such a protected position ??
