S am Thaiday just said on the Sunday Footy Show that there were doubts about whether Milf will stay at 5/8 and that there is likely to be shuffling around for next week. H e also spoke of how electrifying milf was at FB last year. Sam seemed very doubtful that Milf would stay at 5/8. The language was very interesting.

I like Boyd as a player, but I think it's a mistake that we took him over a chance to get DCE (and it sounds as if we were basically a certainty to get him before Boyd came along). I'd play Hodges in the six if Milf moves to the back, no idea what we are going to do when Boyd comes back, but I think he has to play FB.

Thaiday should be concerned about retaining his spot in the side instead of trying to play the role as Broncos ambassador.

It would be extremely counter-intuitive to move Milford to Fullback at this stage, A because Boyd will be playing Fullback when he returns, so we'd only be stunting Milfords growth at Five-Eighth, and B because him and Hunt trained in the halves all pre-season

Or Hodges to 5/8 and Boyd to centre. Milford can still take kicks from fullback.

I'm really not in any camp for Milford at 5/8 or fullback, if I'm being honest I'd like to see him at fullback for a while and as long as he isn't a defensive liability to stay there. I do rate Boyd highly as a fullback but I think he's class anywhere in the 1-5 so I don't think we lose much by moving Boyd around anywhere.

That being said, I also rate Kahu, and would like to see him get a fair chance while Milford is at 5/8. So really I don't mind which way this goes, I think there's pros and cons both ways that are worth trying.

Tuesday will be interesting. Bennett is usually very conservative, so if he makes more than a couple of changes I'd be very surprised.

How does that in any way dispute what I said? He said he's always loved the halves? Where did he say that he wanted to be playing in the halves NOW? Even last year he said that IN THE FUTURE he would like to move to the halves, when he is bigger and more mature.

Bennett told him he's playing in the halves, so saying he wants to cement the spot doesn't mean that he wanted to play in the halves already.

Correct, he stated that in 2014, it is now 2015 aka the future. If your playing games with his wording than this year is the future that he was referring to as he didn't say a specific year/date.

Hodges would get exploited in defense at Five-Eighth more than Milford, and his body can't handle it for more than a month.. I just don't think the trade-off is worth it honestly.

I would find it interesting to here how everyone's team would line up at full strength. Where would Boyd and Milford fit, who'd be in the 6?

I think he said "I am playing fullback next game because I have been practicing diving back into play from my own in goal in every run I have made this season"

This is a very good back line for the future but I would chase Gagai and have him at centre with Kahu on the wing. Wash your mouth out even mentioning Vidot

Oh, I'd be happy with that. I've always been a fan of Gagai, even if I agreed with his sacking and still worry a lot about his defence.

I think Vidot can be more than just a meters eating hit-up artist. I remember he was very good when he was competing with YY for a spot in the Origin team, so let's see whether Bennett can bring the best out of him.

Yeh, that really screams "next year I want to play in the halves". Youre taking the piss if you think that "probably further down the track" means "next season".

You either provide some evidence and quotes to show that he wanted to move to the halves in his very next season, or shut up and quit trying to make out like I'm making stuff up. I backed up what I said with cold hard quotes, do the same or shut it.
