Oh this is basically how I saw this game going. Trell gets so quiet when the team is struggling. Huge grub when the team is up. Now he is barely getting across for kicks. Doesn't even follow his own kick. Gave up on Cleary there at the end.

I find both these teams gross, but I did want to see whether there would be anything controversial to come from this.

I hope Eels turn up to at least make the NRL GF better than today's AFL GF.

So is there anyone not on board? There's still time to get your tickets.

Should have been 36-12 but the guy in the bunker didn't pay attention in school, but either way pretty convincing win by Panthers.

Ever since that Cleary 40/20 attempt in the first half, Souths have been struggling. Went too hard too much and cooked themselves.

I'd rather Penrith win it all than Parra.

Couldn't care less if the Riff win since they've been so much better than everyone anyways. Yeah they're arrogant and get plenty of leg ups but meh.

Parra winning would suck

Lol so a all Western Sydney grand final. I hate both of them, but I'll go for the Eels. At least the crowd should be fun to be in.
The atmosphere will be worth the price of admission alone. Both team's fans are so passionate. Enjoy.

we should have predicted that would be this years fairytale ending.

I'm actually surprised that they allowed Western Sydney Giants to be in the AFL comp for so long before pulling this one out of the hat.

Taumololo complaining that he'll miss games for Tonga because of a suspension earned from a Cowboys game

“I have truly missed playing for Tonga and I am concerned that this suspension will interrupt my World Cup campaign,” Taumalolo said in a statement via his management.

“This could be my last World Cup for Tonga and I don’t want to let my teammates nor our fans down. I don’t believe I should miss out on Test matches for Tonga because of something I did playing for the Cowboys.

“I like how the (English) Premier League soccer works, where you are penalised for any indiscretion in that competition, not across other competitions.

“My suspension should count towards NRL games for the Cowboys, not penalising me for international matches at the World Cup.”

Now, will Kikau and/or possibly Luai get a suspension? 😂

Even if they weren't looked after, Kikau wouldn't be suspended. It helps him that the contact with the shoulder wasn't that bad because of the other players in the tackle. It's a Grade 1.

I agree with JT13 tbh. IF you get an NRL ban, serve it in the NRL. I think its a joke as it is some players get to use trial games.
