NRL Players and family members in hot water

not sure if this has been posted elsewhere but here's the latest chapter in the atrocity files of that loose canon Tim Smith....

If you're to believe the video title, then yes.

I was just waiting for Tim to pull an Archer.

Kev...

Kev....

KEVIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIN.

Ah. Thought so. I watched on phone so didn't see title.

So what was wrong in the video ? Just looked like two guys with a couple too many in them, getting in a car to get driven home

Was the car crashed? Are we meant to assume that either Locke or Smith were driving?

On 13th September 2015 in Brough, East Yorkshire, my and
my mother's cars were badly damaged (and later written off), along with the destruction of our garden wall, by Australian Rugby League star Tim Smith, when he drove into them in his Audi A4.
Police arrived at the scene, and arrested Smith. He was later charged with failing to provide a sample for analysis and driving without due care and attention.
Smith appeared before Beverley Magistrates Court and pleaded guilty to the charges. He was banned from driving for two years and fined.
Fellow New Zealand Rugby star Kevin Locke was a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the crash on a Sunday afternoon in our quiet residential area where we live.
Both Smith and Locke played for Wakefield Trinity Wildcats who terminated their contracts a week after the incident.
Tim Smith never had the decency to apologise to me or my mother for what happened. Part of our next door neighbour's wall was also destroyed.
This video was taken by my mother minutes after the crash and both Smith and Locke can be seen moments before the police arrived.

From the YouTube description box.

Ouch, the bill to fix that would suck. Insurance doesn't cover you if you've been drinking.

I thought they stole their coaches car and crashed it while drunk, or was that a different incident?

technically\legally speaking he refused to provide a sample .

Doesn't that end up with you being charged as if you were over the limit though?

The same penalties in a courtroom apply . I'm not sure what it would mean for insurance though . Perhaps someone else does ?

What a wally Tim Smith is, sad that he fucked his career up

Which time? He's had multiple chances.

Everytime he acted up. He could've been one of the best players in the world but he couldn't control himself and has acted up everywhere his gone.

Nothing to feel sad for him about it when he continues to do it over and over, concern should go for those around him who suffer or potentially could. If your willing to throw everything away by being a dick you get what you deserve.
