Right - we are all in agreement that a woman who gets drunk and gives consent (does that come before or after - does intoxicated consent count by the way?) has to live with that choice, and should be punished to the full extent of the law if she is revealed to make false claims of rape.

The argument here is there is a grey area around drunk women and consent, not an issue to you obviously. You clearly have no appreciation for the amount of sexual assault that involves female intoxication, or you do, and are pure scum. Obviously women are responsible for their own behaviour, but being drunk is not an invitation for sex, sorry pal. And we are talking about a woman who claims to have been assaulted while intoxicated!!

Your argument is tantamount to 'drunk, so anything goes, you are responsible for what others do to you while you are drunk' - and as far as having your phone stolen, sure. Having someone force themselves into your anatomy, no. Under ANY circumstances. Taking advantage of a drunk person falls under this provision.
