you MUST post more, your avatar is very pleasing.

Come off it mate, I even have mates who are broncos fans that can admit it, weekly FTA games, population of 2.2mil, are you really so blinded that you can't fathom the advantages that come with those.

Friday night games are hardly an advantage when we are begging for sunday afternoon games. Advantage is the Roosters not having to travel any further than Cronulla since round 10.

Just did some quick research for you Bushy.

In 2010 South had 6 Fri night games (actually more than i would have thought). In 2013 they had 11, an increase of 83%.

On the flip side, to show it works both ways, the Dragons in 2010 had 12 Fri night games, in 2013 they had 4.

Do you still think there is no correlation between success and FTA games?

It doesn't matter what evidence you have, or what you say. Raiders fans believe there is a conspiracy against them.

Go and read some of their comments in the GH.

The fact is there has to be 3 FTA games a week. And of course not every game can be a blockbuster. So of course some lesser teams are going to get some FTA coverage.

Of course i can. If we refused to release hoffman id feel we were being very hypocritical. You just seem to blow smoke up your own ass all the time. The fact you still come and post on this forum goes to show how sad you and the club you support really are.
Mmmwwwaaa love you to big boy

Gee, last season I was even begging for some Saturday games so I could at least watch the Broncos games in HD.

Why would we be hypocritical. Is Hoffman asking a release for family reasons, wanting to relocate to his home town, be near his sick father and play for his childhood club?

Or is he throwing the toys out the cot because he's not getting to play Fullback? Hardly the same...

The Raiders on the other hand, just poached Sticky under a family escape clause. Yeah, they have glass ceilings.

The same mate, I won't deny or crack a shit about it, facts are facts

The post Lockyer transition period was never going to be easy for us.

Coupled with the loss of our strike weapon JYY, who was a proven match winner and rival clubs under estimate the significance of his absence.

We've dropped the ball with recruitment and retention over the last couple of years, but there isn't a club in the NRL who has more home-grown juniors running out in their starting 17 than the Broncos.

Ok, we don't need to see any personal insults flying about here. Keep it civil.

I personally do think its hypocritical. If a player really doesn't want to be at your club, it is pointless forcing them to be there, and i feel thats what canberra are doing if they don't release milford for 2014 (i get he has family reasons etc), but if hoffman really doesn't want to be at our club either pointless forcing him to be.

It's no coincidence that all this disgruntled Hoffman stuff happens long after Barba has signed, and at a point where Hoffman is to begin negotiating a pay rise that was inserted into his contract when salary cap increased.
This whole thing could be just manager games.

He has always been a team player, and didn't seem to mind being the games equal leading try scorer for a lengthy period last season.

So what has changed?

I get that also. tbh like it has been stated before there are no direct quotes from hoff saying he wants to leave etc. and no doubt his manager wants a bit more cabbage. but if he does really want to leave, then i stand by what i said.
