IIRC, Taylor only went for the money. If we offered him a worthwhile deal I think he'd jump at the chance to come home, both him and his partner are from QLD and they have a little kid as well?

Might be tempting to come closer to the grandparents etc.

Inglis may be alot of things, but way past his prime is far from the mark. He will do his usual thing, start the season way overweight, trim down very slowly, hit form at origin time. I am kind of glad we didn't get him though, I would rather us build a powerful forward pack. Shillington said he is keen to move to brisbane again, we should wait until he comes up and sign him. Hannant and Shillington starting front rowers would be awesome.

GI just needs to get back down to about 95kg and he'll be a superstar again.

Assuming his hip surgery is easy to recover from. Even then, 25kg is a lot to lose.

I think he would be fine at 105kg. 95 is a bit drastic I even think he was about 98 when he first started cracking origin. His size is what helps him a bit but not at the 118 he is sitting at, at the moment. Looks like owen craigie!
