Interesting if true.. at the moment he too good for Queensland Cup but not quite up to the demands of NRL footy just yet.

Will also be interesting to see where his future lies because he's been carving up for Ipswich at fullback but you'd think we have got the position fairly well covered (although I understand we need depth). A potential five-eighth down the track maybe?

The Titans have decided that Capewell's best position is at fullback but the Charleville product has previously said that he prefers playing at five-eighth.

News report in Courier Mail said he had been signed to the Broncos as a depth signing, which is good news. Unless he storms it in QLD cup or preseason I wouldn't want to see him in the first team ahead of others.

gotta wonder why Capewell opted to come to brisbane ... It's seemingly all about opportunity for journeymen like him and there'd be a truckload more of that at other clubs than at the broncos imo ...

I guess he's thinking the Broncos have 1 spot up for grabs in the halves next year and he'll be up against 2 relative rookies for that spot. And if he does manage to get that spot, he's going to be playing behind arguably the best pack in the comp.

Titans are retarded. Playing a decent full back at five eighth (Zillman) while they've struggled to fill the fullback position with Capewell and Rankin (who was a hooker in the Toyota Cup if I remember correctly!)
