Where the bloody hell would they play him? That is Origin cover at best considering the quality of their spine and the quality of their bench hooker in Hinchcliffe I just can't see where he fits???

Widdop was MOTM in their major semi and I would have had him 3rd or 4th in my Clive Churchill overall. The guy is absolute class and is completely forgotten due to the big 3. Not a chance in hell he would be moved to accomodate Finch let alone dropped.

Yeah, agreed. Finch was pretty goddamn underrated back in the day, but I wouldn't replace Widdop with him.

The only reason why Melbourne would sign Finch is to cover CC's (Cooper Cronk) during the Origin period. Can't think of any other reason why, never really rated him.

Poore is average, 'spose they need some experience though and he was solid before he went to the Eels.

Poore is far past his best and Newcastle would probably be dropping a promising up and coming player for him. They paid the price for that dropping crack hooker De Gois for a 34 year old Bedsy. If Bennett can get the best out of him like he did with Mason you never know.

Wouldn't really say Poore is a rep player as he hasn't played rep footy for 3 years. Out of the so called rep players in the Knights lineup only 3 of them are current to any extent.
