What are you on about? The bunker can get involved if they deem it to be a reportable offence. If you are talking about the Hess hit you could hear the ref at the time say that it was fine and Brown started the melee with the push. So the bunker did nothing

A couple of pages back on this thread. Bunker was the one who advised Klein to just award it. It's not the normal process but coupled with the info from earlier in the year, seems like the on-field ref is just a stooge and the bunker has complete influence over every moment of the game.
