Well on the guy, does he know of Luke Walsh and Chris Sandow? That question is almost as bad as that idiot Tigers supporter saying Brisbane would finish 14th and that Mitchel Pearce is 100 times better than Wallace.

The guy is an idiot and doesn't understand football or the roll of a halfback. Wallace most of the time ticks all the boxes you want from a halfback without being a standout, he is just a solid team player. He might not win matches by himself or have the tricky moves to get into the highlight packages. He doesn't have to do those things when he completes his roles and gets the job done instead the team, which as a team is winning and they are doing a fair job of that this year.
 
The guy is a Parramatta supporter and says that Sandow is one of the most creative playmakers running around :haha:, he also said that Gallen was an overrated hack :confused:. Where did you find that comment from that Tigers supporter Son Edo?.

I thought our halves had a pretty decent game, apart from a couple of brainfarts from Norman.

I'm very happy to see the guys trying the little 'chip over the top' too .... it really helps to break down solid defensive lines and brings in one of Hoffmans real strengths ..... his support play.

Sandow can be creative but he has a habit of playing for himself and takes silly risks that often hurts his team. He looks lost at Parra and goes mia just as much as he did for us. Plus we all know he is the spot player for every team to run at.

Wallace on maybe $250,000 and Sandow on $550,000. Broncos 2nd and Parra last, speaks volumes for who is helping command a team around the park.

Gallen was a twit a few years ago but has turned it around by obviously turning into a cyborg in whatever off season. His stats and just general involvement where he stood above everyone else in a crap team, they get a few extra good players around him and Cronulla became a dangerous team so far this year. Then look at his performances at SOO level. He is one of the only Bluea players for the last few years who can stand up and say they gave their all.

Seriously the guy has no idea.

Almost as bad when Mccullough keep going for the dummys.
 
Error fest for the first twenty minutes but after that I didn't really think Souths were in it.

We still waste too many attacking opportunities though. Really need to make those count, it cost us against the Cowboys and it will hurt us badly in finals matches.
 
we certainly weren't outstanding but i never once felt like we were going to lose the game. souths had nothing, which for one of the better attackign teams in the league was surprising. i'd like to think our defense played a big part.

happy to take the two. more importantly we need to back it up again next friday and get a win against the sharks before the bye.

i am continually impressed with how safe our back three are, especially under the high ball.
 
Haven't yet seen the replay but from being at the game I reckon that was Petero's best game this year so far. I reckon they're just ticking him on, dropping him from QLD would be a disgrace.

Certainly was mate. Doesn't have the minutes in him anymore but he is still all quality
