POST GAME Round 17 - Titans vs Broncos

Sims didn't even look to his right though - that was the most frustrating thing. Milf is constantly supporting runners and rarely getting a decent offload.

He did look to his right as he was running looking for support.

When he looked to the right, Milford was being interfered with and looked like he was about to fall over. I don't blame him for holding the ball in this situation.

Awesome photo work mate.

One thing I have noticed lately is the improvement in Isaako's kick returns, at the start of the season it never looked like he would beat the first defender but yesterday it looked like he would break through every time.

I noticed that as well, he reminded me of Kahu a bit at the start of the season, attacked the bombs really well, but rarely made any meaningful metres or busted any tackles, but the last couple of months he's been busting tackles and looking like making a line-break 2 or 3 times a game, his growth has been my favourite part of the season so far, hopefully he keeps it up. Think he could be one of the most valuable wingers in the game within a few years if this 83-85% goal kicking is sustainable, which it looks to be.

Roosters will probably be after him (Isaako) with Ferguson gone. You just know they'll be signing someone.

This is a media beat up. If he was a pure winger I’d be more worried. He’d have to be an idiot to leave a club he is getting groomed for the FB role for in the next 2-3 years vs a club with the current blues and probably next kangaroos fullback who has 6-10 good years in him left.

He has stated he is a fullback on multiple occaissons and is also big on loyalty, actually stating he wants to be a bronco for the rest of his career and is loyal to them. Lol another media beat uo, they are getting boring. One of them may come true and the media will use it as evidence of their inside knowledge for the next few seasons but its easy to get one right when you have about 50 attempts a season lol.

The reason bennett pisses off the media is because he runs a tight ship in regards to inside knowledge about the club. The media just guess and they know the broncos sell papers for them so its a win-win. If they are wrong “things change” and everyone forgets.

The other difference is bennett and nolan are masters of roster management woth youngsters. Even that young halfback everyone is worried path will be blocked by tanah boyd and paix. Coincidence paix and boyd have suddenly found new positions? I doubt it. That way all of them have a shot to prove him right/wrong. If they are good enough, they will make first grade in the position they want whilst still giving them some hope they have a shot to make it. We also dont get held to ransom anymore like we did in the griffin years and like the titans do. Its no coincidence we have such depth now and in the foreseeable future. Bennett and nolan targeted the best young forwards, its obvious that job is done and they are starting up on the halves now. Patience everyone, patience....

Looks a close finish to a 100 metre sprint

Good photo, but I'm pretty sure Milford regathers, runs through and then throws his arms up in the air in frustration.

Just watched the replay - that's exactly what happened.

I suppose looking at the ref counts as looking right? But Milf regains his footing and would have scored.

He's playing like a NSWker would play if his team were down by 20.
