And so the Cobbo mystery becomes more...eh...mysterious.

Peter Gough is the ref for this one.

according to Slothfield in his best / worst refs for each club article, we have a 75% win record under Gough over the last 4 years

Edit: thought i'd check the Titans and Gough is also the best ref for them with a 55.6% win record

A good record, but don't think it makes a difference. Was our ref for the last game where we played (and lost) to the Titans.

Wonder why we keep getting flogged by the footy gods these days. We don’t really win that many premierships 30 years ago did we?

Omg look at the stats last time we played them. Deserved to lose.

It is now beyond doubt that the footy gods are actually footy devils and they must also be NSWRL... how else could you explain 2 decades of success to the cheating scum down in Melbourne, as well as Uncle Nick's buckets of cash and peptides getting a premiership in 2016.

It has been like this (maybe not to this extent) all year. A team with a middle of Haas, Carrigan and Jensen with Willison coming off the bench should not be getting steamrolled but hey, this is what injuries and ESPECIALLY dropping the ball will do.
