PRE-GAME Round 23 - Broncos vs Rabbitohs

You people are ridiculous. Why is this the option you choose instead of being in with a chance? Because it suits your shitty agendas. I had a look at Bronxnation on Facebook the other day and this place is quickly becoming more of a joke than that cesspool of shitty opinions

Some of these young guys and even the older guys need the harsh lessons. I get the feeling some of them won't even be hurt too much if they miss out on the finals. More free time to get on the piss right?

That would be true if limping into the finals was a genuine chance. Sometimes got to think longer term. And sometimes a nice dunk in ice water might be more useful than a plush down mattress.

I think majority of us have the agenda of Broncs winning bags of premierships (or at least one) asap. It’s how we get to that point that we disagree about. For me the issue is the definition of insanity and we are getting there...
You understand what a rebuild year is right? We've debuted a bunch of future stars because of the coach we have and re-signed most of them. We can't have them all thrown in the deep end which is why we've kept blokes like Boyd at fullback and Thaiday and Kodi in the team. We don't want to break future players before given the opportunity. Considering the injuries and the debuts, this season could be seen as a success. Just a bunch of negative idiots wanting blood around at the moment and Bennett is the target. For the first time ever the media might have defeated us this season. It's sad that half of fanbase allowed it to happen.

I have to disagree with you matey. Anytime we make the finals is a small success on the way to a larger goal. Even if we fail miserably, it's an experience that the rookies in the team need. No matter the result playing in a playoff game is invaluable in terms of exposing young players to the pressures of sudden death footy. The only way they get good and lift their success rate in those games is by playing in them. All this talk of missing out will be good for them is absolute horse shit.

Report in the Courier Mail we could be looking to bring in Jack Bird for the Rorters game. I think we should let him get fit and leave him until next year.

We can't miss the eight, it would be a disaster for Nein. I reckon we'll get plenty of penalties against the top teams as Nein instruct their lapdogs to ensure we make it, after all the refs paypackets rely on successful ratings and the Broncos put bums on seats. Well, that's my Morkel moment done.

Bird might be the missing key for us in the centre to shore up our defence out wide
It’s lets us keep boyd at fullback too

Yes hooray that we are able to put a backline play on. Isaako didn't accomplish one of those said plays in the three games he played there. The kid is a good talent but he needs to be learning off Boyd on how to join in on those sweep plays and make the correct decisions at the correct times. He will make a good fullback if he can ball play like Boyd

6.Bird
7.Milford
14.Nikorima
That could be the mix up Bennett needs.

Too late to be changing halves now. If Birds playing, its going to be at centre which is what is giving Bennett the most headaches at the moment.

From all reports I don't think the kid can pass. Hopefully it's something he can learn soon.

Boyd hasn't exactly been pulling off his famous sweep play with much success lately. And he doesn't offer much else in attack. Hopefully, if Boyd does stay at fullback, he has been learning from Isaako how to run the ball hard more than once (and not spill it).

Yeah cause boyd is the only one that is involved in that play. I mean feild position, quick play the balls , crisp long balls from hooker and half , decoy runners etc don't
Have anthing to do with sweep plays . Agenda much !
