I don't have an agenda, I just think Boyd sucks at fullback now. He has one play, sweep play, and it ain't being used - blame everyone else around Boyd all you like. It's been figured out, mate.
Yet so many other teams use it and it still works. It's a play that will always work if execution is spot on . Going back to what joe said about macca , that he wasn't engaging the markers which in turn gave our halves less time . I think that is more the issue of it getting shut down is because the defense is on us .
Boyd has definitely been on the slide but all fingers getting pointed at him aren't warranted.

My comment was more to do with the sweep being just about Boyd's only play. Nothing to do with the sweep play itself or other teams using it. I'm sure we are capable of pulling it off, if we can get our execution right (which has been a big problem all year) but beyond that Boyd rarely supports up the middle for offloads as a good fullback should, and when he does, he can only run about five metres before stopping and palming. If Isaako is going to be learning watching Boyd (in attack), he needs to show him a bit more than a sweep play.
Or he could be more of a supporting fullback looking for holes to run and use his best attributes like footwork and speed. The play making will come in time.

Yeah I agree, which is why Isaako should have played at the back against the Cows. Will be interesting how things go if Bird does indeed return this year.

It is that time of the year where I am usually pumped up in cheering the team to go one step ahead of other teams. The excitement is missing in me. Have I lost the love for Broncos? A big FUCKING NO & never will it be in my wildest dream. Broncos is the team I care about. I don't give a damm about the rest. Why do I feel so? I reckon I know why but, it's so freaking bitter.
In all honesty, it's not too late to turn things around. It's really pathetic that outside forces are churning up so mach crap to distract the coach & the players. Us fans are the absolutely disgruntled due to all this nonsense.
It's hard for the coach himself & the players not to get carried away with all the bullshit propoganda. I can only hope it's not the case & everything is rosy at the club. I would be in fools paradise if everything's normal.
Let's move on from the past 2 weeks & put up a good show from this week. We are capable of beating any team in the comp and nothing less than a Premiership would satisfy us fans. But to do that, let's start winning. :b1::b1::b1:

I wonder if he has also worked out not to be so damn slow getting off the man on the ground and giving the opposition a piggy back down the field on the back of penalties throwing away a 14 point lead.
