What a joke, what a fcken joke. Let's change our halves and fb to welcome back a meh winger. We've just been weakened big time.

I hope we get smashed and miss out on the finals that is bat shit retarded.

I don't believe Norman in the 6 will make us win. He will no doubt run the ball too often and make the wrong decisions as usual. We will probably still win the match but it will be on the back of our forwards and Hodges destroying Jennings.

That looks like a light bench. I'd rather Gillett be the utility and see another porp/second rower there.

Light bench???? Not sure if serious.. If we put another prop on the bench it is doubtful they will get any game time.

Back to full strength (less Yow Yeh).

Joey Johns made a good comment that McCullough, Hunt and Wallace all play a similiar "organiser" role but none of them possess the flair to be truly creative. Although he is in his infancy as a playmaker, Norman can offer that.

It's the best bench we've had in a while. Thinking about it now, I'm happy with Copley back on the wing. I don't know our long term solution for FB but it's obviously an issue. Most of the top 8 have a genuine superstar at fullback

Hopefully his stint on the flank will give Hoffman a new found eagerness to hold down his spot and perform.

This team is so friggin talented. Look at the names there!!

If I had been in the middle of the desert in Afghanistan for 4 months without access to the media, and saw that team on paper I'd say they'd have to be a shoe in for top 4, and a good shot at a GF.

we have plenty of players with ability to break tackles and pull off great solo efforts but until we build up some combinations and get some kind of flow/rhythm where we attack as a team then we're going to continue to struggle to threaten top 8 sides.

nrl teams find it too easy to defend now unless you have 3 or 4 players in motion creating options and forcing the defense into wrong decisions.

Josh Hoffman - current NZ fullback?

I heard Joey say that. And my only thought was "yes, you're right, Macca, Hunt and Wallace are all similar, and Norman is different...because he offers NOTHING".

Josh Hoffman - current NZ fullback?

Thats not much of an accomishment. Inu should take his spot of him, or Locke. The Hoff is a nuffy, his play is useless in today's game.

I think Hoffman will be ok. He has a dreadful year but I think he can bounce back. His ability to offer something in attack needs to improve though. He breaks plenty of tackles, Maybe the team needs to start playing to its strengths.

Rather than replace Macca with Hunt I hope we replace the Hoff with Hunt and have Norman at the back with the interchange effective 1st minute.

Griffin keeps changing things, but he hasn't changed the most important thing, depth in attack. The flat attack only works if you have a lot of hole hitters who run onto the ball. We only have Glenn and Te'o.

This is probably Josh Hoffman's first run of bad form in his NRL career, yet it seems people have already completely written him off... I mean, he's a 'nuffy'?

Deadset, give me a break. Has the game changed that much over the past year or two that Hoffman is now a limited player who holds no value to us? I despair.

He's going to carve up this weekend. Bugger everyone who's written him off, called for a new fullback and whatever, the kid is going to blitz the Panthers. Bring it!

Wouldn't want to go to war with you on my side! Hoping we lose?

Come on, man!

The game hasn't changed, the Broncos have. We no longer have Lockyer. We now need a fullback, hooker and halves who can produce something. Hoffman is hopeless at it, McCullough hasn't changed at all since his debut...we basically have to rely on the halves. It was fine when Lockyer was playing, but not any more.
