He and Piakura hurt themselves at training. The latter looks to be more serious.Carrigan out?, and someone else maybe?

You would think they would be using a fair bit of caution with Pat after his ACL.He and Piakura hurt themselves at training. The latter looks to be more serious.
Piakura has terrible luckDouble injury blow at Broncos. Pat Carrigan has jarred his knee and boom teenager Brendan Piakura has strained his hamstring. Broncos coach Kevin Walters is hopeful Carrigan will be OK for Cowboys derby on Sunday.
yep poor bugger, guess going the 80 wasn't the best option.Piakura has terrible luck
He's proving to be a pretty shit buy so far. Seems like the club rushed to offer him big money well before he could offer any value.Piakura has terrible luck
Signed for 1.2m for 22/23/24Aren’t we paying Piakura big $ ?
Haven't seen much from him. 1 game then got suspended and nothing since?
Edit: He has played an entire six minutes for us in top grade.
im sure it's mainly the last two years that are decentSigned for 1.2m for 22/23/24
Turns 20 next month.
I think it was his other knee he hurt today. I assume that caution would apply in this case. He has his whole career ahead of him and missing a club game or two to ensure his longevity probably wouldn't be a bad idea especially if he is sore. You would think they would be using a fair bit of caution with Pat after his ACL.
He's got time on his side, but it's concerning how Injury prone he is.im sure it's mainly the last two years that are decent
From memory he was re-signed not long after Walsh left last year. I think the club panicked a bit as The Bulldogs were chasing him hard and the club didn’t want to lose another ‘young gun’.Signed for 1.2m for 22/23/24

Spot on, the stories were we've just lost Walsh now we'll lose Piakura then he was re-signed soon after with a 3 year extension. From memory he was re-signed not long after Walsh left last year. Its a worry how little football he has played along with a couple of injuries, especially at this stage of his career.
yeah for sure, but dosen't sound major so hopefully not much time outHe's got time on his side, but it's concerning how Injury prone he is.

Didn't he have a sickness at one point last season aswell?A lot of his missed games aren't injuries- ISC has been shut down for 25 games in the last two years that's not including finals.
