I think Joffa has been a bit off his game. Maybe have him on the bench instead of Glenn in my team, or at lock instead of Patty. Joffa was quality at lock last year.

Out of TPJ, Lodge, Haas, Flegler and Offa, who would you drop first?

At the moment it would be Joffa by a country mile, for me...

He can cover a good number of positions, like David Stagg... but not one David Stagg, many Staggs? He's like Agent Smith in the Matrix, only David Stagg.

Milford’s shoulders must be cooked. He hardly ever uses them to tackle. No speed, no shoulders, no footwork, kicking game has regressed to mostly bombs... his stats are depressing for a million dollar half.

Except for the sublime left foot grubber he put in for Oates to score today yeah........?

I suppose he only did it once .....you know what, you're right.

Milford's a shunt.

Who’s going to be goal kicker for this team? This week I don’t think Isaako made any errors and his goal kicking is our best, so probably he won’t get dropped in any way.

Isaako today made his regulation weekly "come in off your wing and let in a try". He needs a break in the lower grades to get his head and skills sorted.

I’m curious to know if our players get any specialist training. It’s not like we don’t have the former players around the club:

Locky or Hodgo can do fullback (for the one to replace Boyd), JYY and Hancock can do wingers, Hodgo and Reed can do centres, Prince and Alf can do halves, Parker & Petero (+ Webcke?) can do forwards.

Even only one session a week to teach some of the finer, or some cases basic, points of those positions. The game has obviously changed since some of those guys played, but I’m sure everyone in the team can learn something to go alongside whatever Seibold is trying to do

One good kick out of 10 is not good enough for a million dollar half

1 Bird
2 Oates
3 Roberts
4 Staggs
5 Boyd
6 Milf
7 SoS
8 Lodge
9 Macca
10 Haas
11 Fifita
12 Gillett
13 Carrigan

14 Nikorima
15 Flegler
16 TPJ
17 Glenn

Simple.

O'Sullivan's kicking game was excellent on Saturday night, he was smart with a huge Blackhawks team he turned them around with a smart kicking game.

Still I think he forces his attack, he dropped the ball twice just snatching it and being too eager to get going.

Agree mate. My personal preference for a prop rotation currently would be Lodge/Haas starting, then Flegler/TPJ from the bench. I think that leaves a straight shootout between Carrigan and Joffa for lock. Joffa has the runs on the board, so that's probably why I'd give him first shot there, but I do think Pat would take that position full time given a run of games there.

Could be possible he’s trying so hard to impress that these things happen. Give him a crack at first grade with simple instructions to kick and organise the sets. Couldn’t hurt right?

Who would you drop? I’m warming more and more toward Knik, I think he’s really putting in and trying in an untenable position, I’d be dropping Macca from #9 and playing Knik there instead.

I’d drop knik to the bench to come on for Macca like 2015. Knik is a nightmare for tired forwards. Let o Sullivan take care of the majority of the kicking and see if we can re-ignite Milford. If Milford continues to struggle then I’d consider letting knik take his position at 6. You can see why seibold needs more time to work things out.

Can definitely see the reason behind those moves but I’d drop Macca and give Kodi a shot at the #9. If a different type of #7 needs to be shoehorned into the side I’d hate to lose one of the players whose not only been playing well but is really digging in.

Offa was good yesterday, I say it's between Pat and Flegler to drop out. Also think sua offers more than Glenn.

Sua has done nothing this year. I think Seibs stuffed up by playing him through the middle and playing him not fit. A few games in ISC back in his normal position will do him the world of good.

As a few others have pointed out earlier our biggest issue is on defense.

Don’t forget our “struggling” attack just put 22 points on Canberra, bombed one late in the first half and had a try to Nikorima disallowed at the start of the 2nd half from a joke of an offside call. Why isn’t this being mentioned?

But yep, no worries, let’s maintain the retric that Seibolds struggling with our offence.

I don't know what a retric is but I do know that not all of us are blaming Seibold. We are close, no doubt about it and once winning starts I'm certain they'll go on with it. It's true a few want Seibold to fail and some have even gone off early but there's quite a few of us prepared to see close to a full season before we are certain of our view.

That said, this is a belting NRL ready team and there's no excuse for a poor season and no, it won't be WBs fault, it'll be down to Seibold. I'm hoping the upswing starts soon, preferably against the scum Sharks. ($orry Paul, still love you and the boys)
