What a crazy game.

The mood at the stadium was pretty dire when we were down 22-0, don't think anyone could imagine a comeback like that.

What the **** was the bunker doing not reviewing the Rein try? Double movement clear as day. Absolute madness. At least Oates made him look like a fool after that first try when he tried to muscle Oates out.
 
So i guess the question has to be asked.
Who is getting suspended after the scuffle at the end?

We might be missing 1 - 2 players against the Cowboys.
Lodge almost certainly gets pulled up for socking Fifita.

Fair enough. So you're saying the people who were actually at the game voted for Isaako. Hmmpph, seems I'm not alone in thinking that the one player who scored more points than the rest of the team was the MOM. How weird, you'd think if TPJ was the best on ground the crowd might have noticed. Guess they're all stupid too.

That doesn't mean I thought there wasn't other great contributions especially from TPJ, Haas, Gamble, Oates etc. In fact there weren't any bad players and only Milford had a standard/average game.
 
I told ya’s. TPJ bullied Fifita and we won.

I’m so glad his attitude has apparently been better because he’s been my favourite player for years. The beast was running sideward with the ball just to find Fifita and run into him.

Haas is an machine who does huge amounts of work but TPJ comes up with so many big plays that you almost take them for granted. He was immense.

Imagine if Staggs was being fed those great balls that was giving Arthur’s half breaks all night.
 
What a crazy game!!! There will be plenty more like this in this "bizarro world " version of RL these days. A year ago, this team would have surrendered meekly after spotting a quick 20 points but Kevie is doing a good job despite having so little to work with.

It's all baby steps and the Broncos took another small step tonight. It won't be a season turning win and there are some fucking tough times ahead yet. But they are heading in the right direction and if they can scrape out 5-6 more wins then it's a pass mark for our rookie coach.

Isaako showed tonight (and several times thoughout the season) he has the attacking skills to be an elite fullback ... just need to work on his positioning in defence. maybe we need to re-consider reverting from the current trend of fullbacks defending in the line (on their own try line), and going back to a more tradition fullback defensive positioning
