at the start of season couple coaches were said to be on thin ice. those coaches were price and griffin. price has now fallen so I'm guessing griffin is feeling nervous
Dane Phillips (MOTM) is 26 years old and played 86 ISC games, sure he'd love to be called young though.
Matty Parcell (hooker) is 22 years old so in league terms he isn't young either. 40 ISC games for the Jets too.
Dane is in great form though, last four weeks in a row he's scored from his own kick, this week he chipped for a try. Parcell has been great coming off the bench and having an impact.
He's better than both, so no it isn't.

45.7% in the NRL.
Clearly wasn't popular at the Warriors either and the players weren't keen on him from the start.
I couldn't care less how much better Hook is than those two guys, he's a better fit for the Broncos than Elliott was at the Broncos, hence it's fine for the board to show more patience.
Unless the club turned into an utter basket case and we were copping the type of hidings both Dragons & Warriors were as often as they were, I would let Hook ride out the season before bringing a new coach in. Make the announcement before-hand but I wouldn't kick him to the curb right away.
well i'm sure they'll keep being patient with hook until 2016. they will give him a chance with milford which means the fans could be suffering for a while as a lot of us have lost patience :(
The key for our next coach is to get the best out of our players. With Barba, Milford and Hunt as playmakers we will have some serious strike power. I don't care who the coach is but if they can't get us into the top 4 with that talent in the spine they are hopeless.
