I just saw in the paper norths beat us 36-18 but it was mostly under 20's players. No injuries or anything which is good.

WOW Brisbane Broncos under-20s coach Matthew Wood says his young players are learning some lessons after their 36-18 loss to Brisbane Norths last night.

A side full of teenager played against the senior Devils team and were able to stay with them for most of the game, down 22-18 at halftime.

Don't like it that Glenn is trialling in the centres, hopefully it's not a sign of things to come because I want him in the #13 this year. I am not saying Glenn wouldn't go well in the centres, as I am sure he would do a great job, but I think he's better used in the back row, both this year and long term.

Nup. Not to my knowledge. Only preseason games that generally get covered are Charity Shield, World Club Challenge and the All Stars game.

# 20 Chris Binge, I know him, he's a great guy, went to my school, we became pretty good pals. I think his brother, Caleb, is in the Broncos sights as well.

Clinton Toopi has not been signed yet. We are trialing him and if he shows good form they will offer him a contract.
