Who was better?

Far too early to say Barba is better so Bowen.

Paul Gallen or Matt Scott?

Scott. Every bit as inspirational as Gallen, but without the cheap shot, the niggle and the whinging.

Noa Nadruku or Ken Nagas

That's actually a really good question Coxy.

Originally I thought it'd easily be Nagas given Nadruku didn't start playing first grade until his late 20s but Ken only really had 3 good seasons before injuries and inconsistency eroded his stature.

Can't remember the ins and outs of their defensive capabilities, but Nadruku with the ball was bloody tough to handle and was a fantastic finisher closing his career with a much better strike rate than his former team mate.

Noa gets my nod.

Adam MacDougall vs. Terry Hill

No one wanted to tackle my clash of the titans question huh?

I'll answer this one and put it up again then. McDougall for me - when he was on he was up there with the best wingers in the game. I never quite felt that way about Hill

Ewen McGrady or Brent Sherwin?

Ewen McGrady or Brent Sherwin?

Ewen McGrady. He wasn't just a kicking game.

Darren Albert or Brett Dallas

Dallas. At least I can remember more than one play of his

Charlie Saab or Ian Herron?

Ian Herron. He looked spectacular in bike pants....

Gary Larson or Billy Moore

Wow wouldn't want to have to split these two workaholics on ability or footy, so I'll give it to billy simply because of his infamous QUEENSLANDER call.

Bob Lindner v Brad Clyde.

Bob Lindner v Brad Clyde.

Bob Lindner. Unbelievably tough (playing out a game with a broken leg), underrated in terms of skill, and he's a Queenslander.

Andrew Ettingshausen or Rod Wishart

ET at his best was streets ahead of Wishart at his best.

Tallis v Gallen

Thaiday.

Thorn would have won if he had stuck with Rugby League, but his tenure in Union stripped him of his agility and pace. He became a bit one dimensional, very much just a metre eater, but in fairness, a damn good one and a decent option close to the line. Still, Thaiday at his best has it all. Agility, quick play the ball, ball skills, strong defence, ability to break the line etc.

Craig Gower vs. Craig Wing

Craig Wing. Terrific all-round player and could play various positions, was a brilliant bench player as well.

Adam Reynolds V Josh Reynolds

Too early to tell, but I think Adam Reynolds has a better future ahead of him, and Josh may not equal the last season again...

Dallas Johnson or Ashley Harrison?

Hayne. One of the most freakishly talented Rugby League players I have ever seen, unfairly criticised as a result in being a part of a poor team.

Josh Dugan V Brett Stewart

Brett Stewart, more consistent, longer career.

James Maloney or Mitchell Pearce.

This ones for you Broncoman.
