Just a guess, but I reckon he wasnt being serious, may have even been a bit of humour in there somewhere...

Next people will be taking segments on fletch and hindys segment seriously (eg taylor saying he hates bennett). Surely we couldnt stoop to that level of guilableness (not sure thats a word tbh)

Don't talk Kodi down. That was a try assist and them some. Such vision and control to pass the ball wide to the speedy guy and hope for the best,. That's stuff almost never seen in a halfback before!

What about Boyd though... that one ball he actually did an effort to catch on the full and sorta run it back at the line, was a fucking game winner. Very rarely seen stuff from a fullback in the NRL!

We should sign both for life on a million bucks each!
Oh wait...

P.S. Crediting Boyd and Kodi for Roberts brilliant individual effort would be hilarious if it wasn't so transparently desperate, not to speak of insulting for the Jet.

I suggest you look at the replay of the Roberts try again. Nikorima points at roberts and tells him to get ready. That was a set up play from Kodi and Roberts.
re. Boyd, people always complain that he runs like a cat at the defence. Here he is doing what we want him to do and him showing some effort and you still never will be happy

Love watching Wayne actually get excited, that shows that what we displayed that night really made him proud.other then some stupied mistakes.

The only person to like this so far is the ironically named troll, who’s only purpose so far has been to bag Bennett.

The point stands that just because Boyd and Nikorima aren’t featuring on the highlight reels doesn’t mean they’re not contributing or doing their job. They do a lot of work that doesn’t get noticed or appreciated but the one moment they **** up the usual suspects use it to push their agendas.

Is the level of expectation for Boyd and Kodi that low, that an individual action from a talented player is used to prop up their mediocre performances into a somewhat acceptable level?

P.S. I'll be happy when we don't have the worst Fullback and the worst Halfback in the NRL.
