2017 Line-up

The forwards are so motivated to get fit and eat well. Hopefully chubby ass Milford can do the same this year.

Finally!! An early year game in Melbourne where I don't have to sit there with 18 jackets and 15 blankets.

It's been a long time since Broncos have had such a tough start to the season.

I think the last time was 2009 when they played Cowboys, Storm and Warriors (In NZ).

2013, 14 and 15 were all tough for the Broncos, but this is on a whole other level.

I'd rather get those games out of the way now than later.

That's a terrible start to the year and it's a good chance we could face all 3 again.

Double Header at home Titans vs Storm and Broncos vs Manly.

Going to see this one.

We start 3-0 from those three games and we have set ourselves up beautifully for the season. We can beat all three of those teams and will need to if we are to win the premiership.

Round 26 cowboys v Broncos

That gone be tough game to finish regular season.

Revenge.... this'll be the game that determines the Cowboys into the 8 and we end them early this year

I hope so, but history is certainly not on our side.
At least not recent history...
Cowboys are at the end of their period of greatness i think... down the ladder for them this year and moving forward. You heard it here first!

They are definitely going to struggle next year for sure
No Tamou, Hannant & Kostjasyn to start with means they lose a lot of experience up front. Now its purely rookies stepping into those roles now (and a starting one at that with no Tamou). Being able to put a former SOO rep on the bench for extra cover was a luxury most teams don't have. Scott is getting on too which doesn't make things a whole lot easier. They cant afford any injuries to front rowers next year with their current forward stocks.

Especially with his injuries (scott's that is)
Pretty sure they'll have a REALLY poor origin slump... why I'm predicting them fighting for eighth spot late in the year

so 6 of our first 7 games are against top 8 sides from last season. And our first 4 games are against the top 4.

We will know nice and early if the 2017 version of the Broncos are contenders or pretenders.

Perfect...

It will give us a good indication of how we are travelling and what we need to work on nice and early.

Besides it is probably better us playing these sides early in the season, while they work some rust.

I said this 2 years ago lol
