He's done some good bowls for sure but some of the wickets he's taken for Australia now are off hardly what you'd call wicket taking balls. I guess in T20 every ball you bowl could possibly be a wicket taking ball

The thing is Sams can actually be a decent bowler, I personally don't think death bowling is his thing. He's probably better for new ball and throughout out the innings. His changes up are class
