I wouldn't write off this article just because it's Hooper.

He actually has a pretty good strike rate when it comes to signings and Kent has a very good strike rate when it comes to stuff going on behind closed doors at clubs.

As much as they dribble shit, when it comes to what's going on behind the scenes in the NRL and at clubs, these two have been spot on quite a lot.

What about the opposite for a year? Bellamy gets a year to get used to the joint on over a million dollars, the players get to know him, we get the fairytale factor, he can recruit blokes, etc.

I don't think these two get along as much as people think. There have been some barbs traded over the years, it got quite personal a moment there.

Obviously it would be disappointing if Bennett was sacked or forced out of the club for Bellamy and I don't want to see that happen.

But then again, Bennett was brought here to take advantage of our premiership window and we've gone backwards since 2015. This is a results driven business, if you aren't getting them then you're not going to last long.

We have had the squad to win a premiership every year Bennett has been here.

I would understand if the Broncos did sack him.
