I can't imagine Griffin agreeing to something like that. I reckon Griffin would just tell him to leave if he made any insinuation that he'd leave if he wasn't given the 6.

You think it doesn't happen in the NRL with just about every contract? It's not the player, it's the managers who are trying to get the best of their players.
