Usual badel bs, he even says in the story he’s not off contract until the end of 2024! We have 2.5 years to upgrade and extend him before clubs can even talk to him.

Perhaps, with contracts being the way they are (or are not) these days, we need to keep a finger on the pulse. Payne was one, maybe the only one, we got the timing right but it’s true he is under paid for his talent and we'll need to do better If he is to remain a Bronco.

I'd say bringing in Reynolds, Capewell and Lee would show him we are on the way up, as well as the long needed backroom changes and moving on of deadwood / inflated wood. One or two more big ins would have him pretty pumped I think and then the final piece will be to bring in an actual good head coach, there I said it.
