Even if it is claimed that he breached his contract it's not an automatic termination... it's still at the club's discretion on whether to terminate based on it.

If he's claiming bringing the club into disrepute, then it would've been an automatic termination for Staggs, Haas, Kelly, etc. and maybe even Api for his comments on joining Tigers last year.

It looks like he was doing a radio interview and they asked his opinion

"There are two aspects of the matter which I think are of major concern to the Broncos,' he told SEN Radio.
