Thought Wighton was pretty average. Kicked out on the full at one point also. Surprised Ricky didn't go with Mitch Cornish to be honest.

Milford showed he is all class.
As well as nice footwork, the vision he showed creating space for Edrick Lee in their first try clearly showed that all the "experts" out there who say Milford can not ball play are completely wrong.

This year as far as premierships go is a write off so I hope we use this yeah to work on some combinations, keep increasing our match fitness and fix the defensive issues, because with barba and milford we won't have any problems scoring points; so if we can get our defence into check I think the next few years could see us give the comp a real shake

Soooo , it seem I might have been a little wide of the mark with my comments about looking "disinterested" as has been pointed out by everyone who actually watched the raiders game, everyone in the media and all members of BHQ. Should probably watch more that 7 mins of the game next time.:respect:

Wighton was very average.
Though I did watch the Cowboys game and while Milford was good at the back, it did make me wonder whether he is more of a fullback than 5/8th.
Hoping he can make the transition otherwise we're still gonna be light in the halves come 2015.

The thing is halves are usually more in the middle of the field, the fullback is the 2nd receiver on the edges. It's exactly like Barba, creating opportunities with his footwork - you want that out wide with more room to play in.

Barba should most certainly stay at fullback. If that wasn't the plan then surely Barba would be at 6 now and Hoffman at fullback.

I don't really care which one of them plays in the halves anymore, as I said, I think they are very similar players.
They do need someone who controls the game well in the final spot though, directing players, playing patient footy and what not, and Hunt hasn't looked like he is up to it yet.
