These examples have been tested at a judicial hearing and legally resolved. Some of these examples are precedent but are not evidence themselves. The nrl has no vicarious liability here. It's a contact sport.
 
Just had a look at the Dolphins forum and the first few things I've seen are them calling Carrigan overrated and saying Mam can't tackle. So they've either been watching footy for three weeks or they are just idiots?

I'm not sure what point you are trying to make. The NRL is no different to any business and it is all about policy and practice. You can have policies in place saying we have a zero tolerance policy for racism but that won't mean shit when you are at fair work if there is evidence of your employees saying racist shit that is unpunished.

It is no different here. The NRL can say they are taking concussion seriously, have 11 day stand downs for concussion etc. but if you have enough evidence showing they aren't punishing the offenders adequately then you are fucked.

There is no way that Kaufusi doesn't get off because the NRL need him to play for their manufactured bullshit and the media have paved the way for this not to be an outrage when he is cleared at the judiciary.

Honestly when he is cleared I would be calling for the club to rest Reynolds from this game. Kaufusi is a grub and a dg shot merchant and could potentially end Reynolds career or rule him out for the season at the very least. I would rather lose to The than have that happen. Kaufusi is a shit stain on the game and the sooner he retires the better.

You are right that both should be bans, but setting the precedent on one gives the other a get out.
