I`ve seen him throw all sorts of passes . He just chooses to not pass more often than not . He can off load in a tackle when it takes his fancy as well .

Billy Walters is over rated and only has a rare good play here and there. He only looks good because of the gun players around him. The reason he's failed at other teams is because he's no NRL quality standard player.
