They don’t become incumbents based on club form, though. It’s what they do in the Origin arena.

I think Roberts will go close this year. Bird will be there also, Freddy has massive wraps on him.
I expect Boyd will get a shot (not picked on form) and I wouldn't be surprised if he is dropped for game 2 if NSW win much like G1 last year when Kevvie dropped the likes of Thaiday and Guerra.
Wouldnt be surprised to see Milf and McCullough enter camp, but dont expect them to get a run..

As Nashy said, Boyd would definitely be picked as well for that left wing spot. He is the leading try-scorer.

Holmes has been pretty damn ordinary this season and the chances of him being picked are slim.

Keep in mind he was only there because of injuries.

Milford is a chance for the utility spot. Walters is a fan of him. Although Hunt is ahead of him at the moment.

I've lost all faith in the selection process if Boyd is picked over Holmes.

But why does it matter how they were scored? The only thing that matters is that they were scored. Quite a few of Boyd's tries were difficult tries to score, as well.

Right now Holmes is stinking it up more than Boyd and the Inglis/Boyd combination is a proven combination that's terrorized the Blues since 2008.

Inglis and Boyd are both shadows of thier glory day for QLD, and when they were on fire Inglis was reasonable for most of Boyd's try's because he would draw several defenders before passing it to Boyd, so I wouldn't read into his record of most try's for QLD to much. The loyalty card will bite them in the ass the same way it continues to bite the Broncos in the ass.
But your entitled to your opinion just like I am to mine. We will just have to wait and see I what Walters dose I guess. Hopefully there is some direction for the future this year

I think you will find that you are mistaken. If Boyd hasn't succumbed to injury come origin 1 he will be picked before all those except Gagai.

It's like they're a bunch of bandwagoners that hop on awhen we are playing great and hop off as soon as we aren't winning by 30 points. The players seem to be playing the same way. If things aren't working for them they have a sook and don't put in any effort.

Yeah I completely forgot Boyd. He will definitely be picked and rightly so on the wing, he has never let anyone down there. Milf should be nowhere near the side unless he drastically turns his form around in the next month which is highly unlikely. Macca will be shadow for Smith but unless Smith is injured, he won't even be close. So McGuire, Gillett, Boyd and probably Bird. Can't see anyone else in there, so unlike the glory years.

It's embarrassing really. Opposition fans are noticing too. The silence at games when we are leading, people trying to start Mexican waves when we are down by 20 with 20 to go, half of this site admit to supporting 2nd teams! I get that everyone supports the club differently but Broncos fans suck and it needs to change. We are hated by every other club yet we treat their players like long lost family members. We need to embrace the hate and give other teams a reason to hate us.

You're hyped and ready to tear in and that wild Brisbane crowd falls silent like they do every week. All that excitement would immediately be sucked from you.
