IVAN Henjak has named the same WOW Brisbane Broncos team that beat North Queensland for Monday's tough trip to Canberra Stadium.
The same 17 that downed Canberra 30-245 last week will face the Radiers, with Lagi Setu the only addition.
Setu was named in the no.18 jersey after missing round one selection and playing Queensland Cup last weekend.
Broncos team to play Canberra at Canberra Stadium, 7pm Monday:

So Winterstein is fit then? Good to see everyone retained from Round One!

I can't believe we let Canberra score 245 points against us last week.

On the team itself, no surprise to see Setu added as 18th man. They always take 18 away, so either Sims or Setu was going to be added to the squad if the other 17 passed fit.

Wow. That must have been a dark day in Rubgy league. Lucky I missed it then icon_smile

But yeah - I thought it fair to name the same side as last week. Everyone on that team deserves their spot back. It's too early to chop and change for little reason yet.

It's ok...at least they named us the winner even though we only scored 30.

I'm guessing Setu is 18th man just incase Winterstein/Folau don't end up playing which means Glenn will go to centre.

I think it just covers any injury to the 17. Whatever happens they can shuffle things.

Although if Wallace or Locky break down before game day they'll send Ben Hunt down.

Or Tim Smith...

Or move Beale to the wing, Kemp to fullback, Norman to the halves, Glenn in the Centre.

No way in the world would I shift Norman to the halves at this stage.

If its Locky that goes down hell no. But if its Wallace i reckon it could do Norman the world of good playing next to Locky. I guess thou it depends on how much time they would have as well.

But noones getting injured..

Still no Ashton? Even Setu is just the 18th man. We let the cowboys back into the game last weekend when we shouldn't have. So surely there must be an omission from the team last week.

Personally, Dodds didn't impress me much at all.

Since your favourite player is indeed Ashton Sims i can see why you harp on about having him in the side.

But for a 1st round match with so many young guys they did awesome and all deserve a chance.

Not a bad fucking team really. I'm surprised Canberra features so prominently in wooden spoon betting. Solid halfback, excellent five-eighth, brilliant fullback and centre (Croker), Vidot's a good try scoring winger, Robinson LOL, Thompson is solid. The backs are good.

Forwards are excellent with good depth on the bench (Tilse, Thompson etc).

They will win their fair share of games, I think they'll win plenty at home this year. The trick for them is how to play away. If they can scrap 4-5 wins on the road they will go close to making the 8 IMO.

Big test for our boys this week.

Kemp on Robinson?

Could be the key for the night.
