Hello Mrs. Griffin, can Anthony come out and play?

The Bluths discussing who will be the head coach after buying the Broncos

Lindsay Funke: You know, Michael, Dad did name Mom as his successor.

Lucille Bluth: And I’m putting Buster in charge.
Michael Bluth: Buster? You mean, the one who thought the blue on the map was land?
Lucille: Buster can do it. He’s had business classes.

Buster: Wait, 18th century agrarian business. But I guess it’s all the same principals. Let me ask you, are you at all concerned about an uprising?

I love this pic (despite a certain player).

The determination, the support on both sides ... if only we ran like that up the middle - in all thirds

The side has been named. basically the same as last night. no hannant listed.

Can often be expected from a travelling Monday team to just submit the same 17 again for Tuesdays team lists.

expecting hannant to play. hopefully a couple of other tweaks.

Yep Hannant is a big chance.

They're a dangerous footy team and that's what we've got to expect Monday night. So we're expecting them to be at their best Monday and we know that we have to be at our best if we're going to compete with them. They can be a heckle and jeckle team, they can be brilliant one week and then for some reason be off their game and they'll be ready to go this week. I know they've got a few little injuries there too but that's the best team they can put on the paddock right at this moment, so they'll be looking for a good performance and try and consolidate this place in the top 8 and that'll be important to them, so we've got a huge game on our hands.

20 minutes of effort on either side of the start and finish of the game should do it.

Unless Wests come out and get a 24 point start, then we're fucked

Hate those heckle and jeckle teams.

I suspect the reason hannant wasn't named has little to do with injury and more to do with needing him during origin. I will expect him to be a late inclusion once maroons are named

What I would like to see:

Prince mainly calls the plays and controls the attack - who else is there? Thaiday doesn't talk nor does Parker. Wallace? Must use sign language.

1. left side - some terrific tries scored there: use that side ... use it a lot
2. right side - Prince > Gillett > Hodges > Kahu or whoever is there
3. edge plays - dummy half > Prince or Wallace + decoys = hole > Gillett or Glenn
4. up the middle - dummy half > prop who passes/offloads and doesn't just die with the ball
5. Get the ball out wide in all thirds - not just their red zone (like we used to when Lockyer called the plays)

The crucial thing is support play (and also, defensive line speed or Marshall will carve us up the middle and edges)

We are only 2 competition points away from the bottom of the ladder, which is depressing. People will be laughing at us if we ever equal bottom.

Probably needs to happen sadly. We need to bottom out before we head back up, and seeing some of the opinions of the coach, the players, the management and even some of the fans, we haven't hit the bottom yet.

Actually, we have given the results v Eels, Warriors and Raiders, particularly the way in which we lost - and no amount of talking will sort the problems unless it shows in results on the field and scoreboard

What, like 1999?

Or round 1 of many years gone by :thumbup1:

Well yes, but I'm talking about stone motherless last....Broncos were officially 17th out of 17 for 4 weeks in 1999, from round 9 to 12.
