WTF.. so disappointed that the 2022 team turned up. We are better than that. Adam had a poor game and that led to others slacking off. Origin stars tried hard but looked a bit busted. We have to fix this problem pronto. Spoiled my whole week.

Reynolds is probably a bit too quiet to turn the players around while on the field. Similarly to Lockyer, he leads by doing. Unfortunately Hunt is the same.

As we have seen on Fox League with those mic’d up segments, Carrigan is our verbal captain. He’s the one we rely on for cues and talking in the huddle. Unfortunately he’s not on the field for the entire game and we obviously fall off when he’s not on. Someone needs to step up into that role when he’s off.

To not understand what attitude means in the context of that game just goes to show the level of understanding you have of this game.

Lack of respect for with the ball. Attitude.
Lack of respect for the opposition. Attitude.
Not earning the right to go to spread the ball. Attitude.
Giving up on the play. Attitude.

This is just four examples of how our attitude lost us this game. As a coach, attitude is something you can work on but ultimately it’s up to the players when they get on the field.

We are a better team than the Titans. Unfortunately we showed up with a shit attitude. Trying to score off every play, letting the Titans wind us up, probably thinking it’s an easy game, just being flat out fucking lazy on some plays. It’s disappointing that we can’t have a good attitude playing at home, on a Sunday in front of 42k fans
Exactly....its pretty easy to understand what KW meant by attitude
if you don't have an agenda against KW.

Was definitely one of those games where everything that could go wrong for us did. In years gone by we lose that by 20.

It's a long season and you can't win them all, the important thing now is that we realise we aren't invincible and the sun doesn't shine out of our ass and we need to turn up every week or we'll have our pants pulled down.

To be fair its that time of year where there are byes and players backing up so its always a bit messy. Not panick stations but definitely worthy of a kick up the ass this week for sure.

I'm on board for dropping Cobbo next week. Apart from that everyone else just needs to step back and have a look at themselves in mirror and move on to next week.

Yea, when Reynolds has a bad game the whole team seems to fall apart.
Been like this for quite some time now........last years disastrous run home was the same. I blamed a lot of that on ARey playing like shit/busted ribs.

Not sure what the answer might be.......I don't think its Carrigan or Ben Hunt.

When I saw the beard trim look of Adam before kickoff, I was like “well, he trimmed off his beard hope he better not trim off his play making skills during the game”. The bloke did exactly that. I didn’t liked his beard trim & neither did I liked his performance.

Which specific players are you accusing of having a shit attitude, and why do you have this AGENDA against them? AGENDAS are bad.

Having a shit attitude on the day. They don’t always have that attitude. Why do you always play dumb? Starting to think you’re not just playing anymore mate

I've never been a big fan of blaming losses on "attitude" like Kevvie did this week. Does it mean not trying hard enough? As in throwing a blanket over the whole team and calling them lazy? Really?

If the team has an "attitude problem" is that their collective fault or is "attitude" something the coach is meant to manage? I don't buy into it.

For starters, he selected Haas, Carrigan, Flegler and Walsh backing up from Origin. You can't expect to get 100% from players backing up from Origin. But all four looked like they were busting their guts. Flegler looked pissed off when he was pinged, and then combined with Carrigan to score a try. Walsh, most are saying was "trying too hard." It's true his attitude needs adjustment, for being too cocky though, not lazy.

Cobbo looked injured and shouldn't have been selected. Is that the wrong attitude? Or is it on the selector?

Can anyone name the players who looked like they had the "wrong attitude?"

I will say I think we missed Kurt Capewell, and maybe that's why everyone is shitting on Herbie today. He does more on that edge than he's given credit for.
All good coaches blame attitude. Bellamy for one calls out the players care factor etc.. This is just Mchunt being Mchunt with his anti Walters sentiment. Cobbo needs to start acting like a professional athlete. You should not have to be told by a selector that your body is not right. The selectors are not 100% across every nerve ending in Cobbo's body nor should they be.

I think we have gone pretty well this year without Reyno to be fair. Even though we lost the games we still played decent footy. One of those games (storm) was taken out of our hands by the referee which was frustrating!

You're new here, so I'll let you off being young and impressionable. See point two of this post. In future, talk about @McHunt 's AGENDA being to install the current coach:

You're the one who equated "attitude" with "being lazy".

To then go and point out that some of the issues during the game weren't down to being "lazy", so Coach Walters is therefore wrong, is very McHunt of you.

Do better, your attitude sucks.

When I talk about coaches trotting out the cliche of "attitude" I'm not referring specifically to Walters nor just this example. It is THE most cliched excuse you can grab, and I'm not even sure to what extent it's genuine or whether it's a euphemism with a couple of players in mind.

So be very Morkel and explain which players need an attitude adjustment and how that adjustment would look to you. Don't be too Morket, we don't need to hear any more infantile conspiracy theories about how we were robbed by the NRL.

You got numerous answers, you just prefer to play dumb because you’re idea of a good conversation is “how can I get people to respond to me” instead of saying anything with any ounce of intelligence.
