I want Bennett to fail.
You did, then you didn't, now you do again... make up your mind!
That's how ridiculous it is. I want the Broncos to win but I want Bennett to fail because I think bringing him back was the wrong call.haha I know.
Can I ask why though? Because if he fails, your team fails, why would you want that?

It depends on how we cope after he leaves. Adding Milford to our squad alone pushes us to a top 4 team if we are coached well. Bennett will reap the rewards of that when a lot of other coaches could have done the same.fair enough, but looking at things objectively, if we do well how could bringing him back be the wrong call?
That's right. I had changed ny mind because that's why i bother coming on here to have discussions. To express my opinion, listen to others and then review my opinion from that discussion. I see no point in coming on to push an opinion with blinkers on, oblivious to any difference in opinion others have, therefore never changing a viewpoint.
So like I say, I did want packer, I listened to all the points that others made and while maintaining that everyone makes big mistakes and is entitled to a second chance, decided that maybe signing packer would be a bad thing for the broncos. Then I thought about it and decided I would rather see the inevitable redemption story that is Russell Packer played out for the broncos, rather than it be another string in the bow of Ivan Cleary.
Perhaps actually engaging in discussion with an open mind instead of blindly pushing an agenda is controversial within itself.
Can I change my vote for post of the year?
This is the only reason Bennett came back (well along with the obvious 4 million reasons over 3 years) - he knows that we now have a team that can have a red hot crack at a premiership. Would he have come back 3 years ago? Not a chance in hell because he knew that he couldn't just walk in and win a premiership with minimal work and an inherited team. It's what he did at the Dragons, it's what he thought he could do at Newcastle with their wealth of rep experience and his hanger-ons, and it's now what he thinks he can do in Brisbane. It depends on how we cope after he leaves. I never rated Nathan Merritt that much and thought he was overrated. All I saw from him was an average winger that only sat on his wing who didn't try to put in the hard yards and wasn't very capable of that anyway. He had a great try tally but most of those tries were just basic put the ball down with no one in front of you stuff. His Origin game really exposed him for what he really was.
Despite this congrats on your career Max
lol ^
"i don't want my team to be successful so I can validate my own agenda"
The beer is shit at the footy.
So is the pre-game entertainment.
Sorry, but our cheerleaders are terrible. Worst in the league. And Buck? How boring...
oh 100% true
same as el masri with the exception el masri could goal kick
**** your not wrong there
one looks like a female version of josh Hoffman
the sharks and eagles cheerleaders piss all over ours
A couple of years ago when I still had my ST, one of the more voluptuous blonde girls we had at the time popped out mid routine, right in front of my wife and I, and continued to pumping for a good 5 seconds before she realized what had happened.**** your not wrong there

Difference is El Masri had more game than Merritt and played well in his only Origin while Merritt on the other hand bombed badly
You guys need to shut the **** up. <3
